Parched Earth has developed a non-traditional EGG FREE pasta that incorporates organic flours and fresh, chemical free ingredients found in the garden. The pasta is hand rolled and cut to give a rustic, artisanal creation.
Through doing this we have found perfection in our imperfection.

Our range includes 4 types of fettuccine, 4 types of pappardelle, 2 types of lasagne sheets and 10 types of ravioli.

Our frozen ravioli is filled with organic, free range and local ingredients and our pasta sauces are all sugar and preservative free.

Beetroot and Tarragon - great with lamb, fetta and baby spinach, and just a drizzle of olive oil

Spinach - a good all rounder


Spirulina & Nori - with strong flavours of the sea, eat this with a sesame encrusted tuna steak, fried marina mix or fresh tomato and fetta


Roasted Pumpkin - a hit with Bolognese or creamy sauces. Another good all rounder

Wholemeal Spelt - Spelt, an ancient grain that's a bit softer on your stomach than regular flours

Kale & Cracked Pepper - a good all rounder, a sneaky way to introduce Kale into your diet

Mushroom & Spelt - great with chicken, mushrooms & broccoli. A good all rounder

Chilli & Basil - We love this one with a creamy sauce but it can go with anything. Especially good with fried leeks and mushrooms.
